Dr. Meg Layton will introduce you to concepts, tools, and some mindset tricks to get you started and conquer your first flags! And spoiler alert, you are definitely ready.

Dr. Margaret Layton (Meg) has been working in the IT industry for nearly three decades. In 2001, she joined a start-up company that was acquired by Symantec, where she spent 18 years working in various roles within the company; both on products and working on the intelligence that fuels the front-line responders. The Cyber Security Services business unit was acquired by Accenture at the beginning of 2020, and now she is working with a talented team of software engineers and security professionals building tools for our defenders in cyberspace as Security and Compliance lead for the Managed Detection and Response business.
