This webinar will delve into the current state of gender biases in the cybersecurity field\, exploring the underlying causes and discussing actionable strategies to foster a more inclusive environment for women. \nJoin us as we hear from a distinguished panel of three women at different stages of their cybersecurity careers—early\, mid and senior. They will share their personal experiences and insights on navigating pay disparities\, overcoming leadership hurdles and the critical role of mentorship in their professional growth.
