DESCRIPTION:Join us for an in-person event focused on centering your wellbeing. Presenting to the group will be WiCyS Healthcare Affiliate member\, Mari Savickis. Mari’s day job is serving as VP of Public Policy for the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME). When she is not navigating the swamp of Washington\, you can find her teaching and taking yoga. Mari is certified yoga teacher and freshly minted certified wellness coach. She has a lifelong passion for wellness and her journey to improve to her and family’s wellbeing has taken several unexpected twists and turns. \nWe are all running at high-speed and sometimes (ok for many of us a lot of the time)\, it can feel like we are running on fumes.
