Their presentation titled Roadmap to Advancement through Skill Gap Analysis will provide knowledge on how to tackle critical workforce shortage in cybersecurity. \nFast tracking cybersecurity education and career advancement is known for its challenging navigation. Amid a critical workforce shortage\, Women in CyberSecurity (WiCyS) partnered with N2K to provide their members a more direct and informed path to career success and the subsequent comprehensive Cyber Talent Study that leverages member skills data. By utilizing N2K’s specialized assessment tool\, WiCyS members quickly gained clarity on their skill levels and recommendations for professional development to achieve their ultimate career goals.
