Get ready to dive into real-world cyber defense with the fourth annual Target Cyber Defense Challenge: Burrowing the Business! This exciting, multi-tiered experience gives WiCyS members the chance to build hands-on skills in threat detection, threat intelligence analysis and incident response—all while working one-on-one with Target’s cybersecurity team. In the challenge, you will play both the defender and threat actor roles during a tech company take-over where someone is Burrowing in the Business. No previous cybersecurity experience is required. The top 10 performers will receive a scholarship to attend WiCyS 2026.
