TRANSPORTATION TO THE GAYLORD HOTEL:

• Once off the plane, follow signs to BAGGAGE CLAIM

• You will go down escalator/elevator to get on the train to BAGGAGE CLAIM

• Get off of the train at BAGGAGE CLAIM

• Take escalator/elevator up to main level (this is your only option)

• There, you will see WiCyS volunteers with a WiCyS Colorado Logo to direct you to baggage claim

• Please note, the airport is under construction, so please check in with a WiCyS volunteer or FlyDenver representative (in blue vests) if you need directions

• Once you have bags, proceed to the WEST END of the terminal

• Follow signs to RTD TRAIN (WiCyS volunteers will be near that exit as well)

• You will have TWO options:

  • Option #1:

    • Ride share with others (total cost is $40) to Gaylord Rockies

  • Option #2:

    • Take the RTD TRAIN to the 61st and PENA EXIT (cost about $10.50)

    • Please note: 61st and PENA exit is the first stop after departing the airport

    • Once you depart the shuttle, there will be a Gaylord shuttle that arrives about 10 and 40 minutes AFTER the hour to take you to the resort.

PARKING

On-site parking: $29.00 daily

Valet Parking: $39.00 daily (weekends only)

Day Self parking: 0-4 hours: $8, 4-8 hours: $18, 8+ hours: $29
