WiCyS AI Learning Series
WiCyS AI Learning Series
The WiCyS AI Learning Series is a strategic initiative designed to address the ‘broken rung’ that prevents mid-career women from entering senior-level leadership positions within cybersecurity. This virtually delivered program provides access and removes financial barriers to AI training while providing a supportive community of advocates. Unlike isolated training programs, we provide a 360-degree ecosystem that combines SANS technical mastery with mentorship and strategic career advising to mitigate mid-career attrition. By activating our global pipeline of 11,000+ members, we don’t just grant certifications—we rapidly deploy job-ready leaders. Similar WiCyS programs have resulted in 92% employment, within 18 months of program completion, for participants who reach the advanced level.
