This event is exclusive to WiCyS 2022 conference attendees and is your opportunity to explore job postings, network, and connect with employers before the in-person Career Fair at the conference.

This pre-conference opportunity gives you access to connect with conference sponsors who will not be on-site at the conference AND allows for meet-and-greets to pre-schedule in-person interviews with sponsors at the conference! No additional registration is required for the Virtual Career Fair.

CAREER FAIR ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS

WiCyS Member: Career Fair Access Instructions 

• ACCESS URL: https://wicys2022vcf.vfairs.com/
• Type the email associated with your WiCyS membership in the “email” field
• Use your WiCyS member id as your password. (Can’t locate your WiCyS Member ID? Login to the Member Community Portal to locate your Member ID in your profile.)
• Upload/update your resume and attendee profile before the event starts
• Navigate to the Exhibit Hall to access the vendor booths and schedule one-on-one chats with employers

NOTE: Scholarship and Fellowship recipients are expected to attend the Virtual Career Fair even if you’re going to be on-site at the conference – both are part of your scholarship/fellowship conference attendance.

• Type the email associated with your WiCyS 2022 conference registration in the “email” field
• Use your conference registration reference number as your password. (Can’t locate your Reference Number? Follow the instructions HERE to locate it.) 
• Upload/update your resume and profile before the event starts. 
• Navigate to the Exhibit Hall to access the vendor booths and schedule one-on-one chats with employers

Participation in the WiCyS 2022 Conference Virtual Career Fair is part of the WiCyS 2022 Conference Sponsorship package.

IMPORTANT DATES

February 1: Sponsors will receive the commitment form acknowledging they will be hosting a virtual booth
February 9: Commitment form is due
February 10: The main virtual career fair contact and booth reps listed on the commitment form will receive the booth set-up instructions
February 22: Booth setup must be completed
February 22: Exhibitor Q&A and training webinar from 1-2pm CT. Zoom invites will be sent on in the coming weeks.

• Engage with candidates using the booth chat features
