- Advancing Women in Leadership: These practices benefit the entire workforce but are especially transformative for women. Organizations using skills-based promotion criteria see 10–20% higher representation of women in cyber leadership roles.
- The Power of Partnership: Third-party organizations like WiCyS provide the “scaffolding” and community many firms lack internally. While 77% of members rely on WiCyS to build professional connections, only 49% receive that support from their employers.
