DEADLINE TO REGISTER ATTENDEES

January 31, 2025

Sponsor registration closes on January 31, 2025.  All unused passes will be released on February 1st!

During registration, you will fill out the housing form.  Please note the guaranteed lodging availability at Gaylord Texan ends on January 31, 2025.  Gaylord Texan Hotel confirmations will be emailed on March 1st.

The deadline date for accepting substitutions is based on your sponsorship level. The dates are:

VIP – 3/28/25

Premium – 3/21/25

Diamond – 3/21/25

Platinum – 3/14/25

Gold – 3/14/25

Silver – No substitutions

Please be aware – 3 weeks prior to arrival, there will be a one-night, non-refundable, room deposit charged to the card on file.
