Sponsor registration closes on February 13, 2023.  All unused passes will be released on February 14th!

During registration, you will fill out the housing form.  Please note the guaranteed lodging availability at Gaylord Rockies was January 30, 2023.  We are now offering overflow accommodations.  Gaylord Rockies Hotel confirmations will be emailed on March 1st.

No substitutions will be allowed after February 13, 2023.

Please be aware – 3 weeks prior to arrival, there will be a one-night, non-refundable, room deposit charged to the card on file.
