Career Fair

The Career Fair will be held at the Gaylord OPRYLAND in NASHVILLE, TN.

Career Fair Booth Inclusions

VIP & Premium Sponsors will receive 1 – 10′ x 20′ booth space, set with 8′ high black back drape, 3′ high black side dividers, carpet, standard booth sign, two 6’x30″ tables, four chairs, wastebasket and one lead retrieval device.

Diamond, Platinum & Gold Sponsors will receive 1 – 10′ x 10′ booth set with 8′ high black back drape, 3′ high black side dividers, carpet, standard booth sign, a 6’x30″ table, two chairs, wastebasket and one lead retrieval device.

Silver Sponsors will receive 1 – cocktail round table, chair, and a standard booth sign ~ a Pod.  All Pods will be set in a shared location.

Lead Retrieval Devices: On site technical support will be available
VIP, Premium, Diamond, Platinum & Gold Sponsors receive “one” complimentary lead retrieval device with their booth.  If you would like an additional device click on the link below. 
Make collecting attendee contact information easy by renting a lead retrieval device.  All you need to do is scan the QR Code off the attendee badge.  Once scanned, the device digitally collects that person’s data from the registration database.  Attendee data is only available electronically via the rented lead retrieval device.  Using your cell phone is not offered.

The Cost for an additional device is $400.

February 7th is the deadline to order.  Devices will not be available for on-site rental.

Lead Retrieval Information Video about Handheld Devices:

At the conclusion of the event, you will have the ability to export the following information:  Name, Email, Attendee type (same as what is printed on the badge), Organization or School, Citizenship, Security Clearance, Student classification (jr, soph, sr, fresh, etc), Experience level, Link to resume if resume provided, Notes (to be entered by scanner user).

Career Fair Hours Exhibitor “Move-In/Hours”

  • Thursday, April 11,  2024 ~ 1:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Friday, April 12, 2024 ~ 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.

**You must complete your booth set-up by 9:00 a.m., Friday, April 12, 2024. Career Fair will open at 9:45 a.m.

Public Hours

  • Friday, April 12, 2024

9:45 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.
11:45 a.m. – 1:55 p.m. (the hall is closed for lunch)
1:55 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Exhibitor Move-Out Hours

  • Friday, April 12, 2024 ~ 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Please do not dismantle or pack up before the Career Fair closes at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.

Shipping Information

Please do not ship booth-related items to the same place as conference bag donations.

Regarding booth related items.  You have two options.

Option 1:  you can ship your booth-related items via Alliance Expo Services, our expo company, and they will deliver them directly to your booth.  Alliance will email our POC with your login information to their portal. 


Option 2:  you can ship them to yourself at the Gaylord Hotel.  Please keep in mind boxes/packages will not be delivered to your booth.  You need to pick them up at the FedEx office in the hotel.  For shipping to the hotel:

Expo Services

Exhibitors please note that you will be sent an email from Alliance Expo Services.  In the email you will be given the link to their portal and the ability to create an account.  You’ll first receive a temporary password which you will be prompted to update upon their initial login.

Your Career Fair booth does not come with electricty.  You can rent electricity from the Gaylord Opryland.

Select the appropriate services department

Choose the services for each department for your booth, clicking on “Add to Cart” at

the end of each selection.

Review your shopping cart.

After all your selections are made and verified continue through the “Secure

Checkout” icon.
