This 9-month mentorship program, exclusively for WiCyS members, is designed to elevate and upskill women in their careers by enhancing skills in areas such as influence, negotiation, leadership, work/life harmony, and communication. We are all continual learners, and engaging in a meaningful mentoring relationship can sharpen your professional development, keep you focused on intentional career outcomes, and open your mind to new ideas and possibilities. Research shows that mentees are promoted five times more often than those without mentors, and mentors are six times more likely to be promoted. The WiCyS Professional Mentorship Program is open to all WiCyS members who are at least 19 years old. If you are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, you must be in your senior year or beyond (having completed at least 90 credit hours) to be eligible.

July 30, 2025: Enrollment Opens at 8 am CT
(Enrollees must be a registered WiCyS member – 19 years or older (if current university undergrad, must be in senior year [>90 hrs completed] to be eligible; enrollment is open to international WiCyS members)

August 5, 2025: Informational Webinar at 12 pm CT

August 27, 2025: Enrollment Closes at 5 pm CT

September 2, 2025: Acceptance status notifications sent to Mentors/Mentees

September 17, 2025: Mentor Launch at 11 am CT (this will be recorded and shared)

September 22, 2025: Group Announcement Emails Sent with Cohort Details by EOD
