The WiCyS conference will bring together over 2,000 students, professionals, educators, government, industry, military, and research organizations to encourage, educate, recruit, and help advance women in cybersecurity careers.

Kosloski leads a team powering the technology for more than 350,000 employees at UnitedHealth Group. She has 28 years of experience in business leadership and IT, often helping evolve teams or organizations through transformations and building partnerships. Kosloski has knowledge in technology, transformation, and leadership from previous positions at Target Corp., where she was most recently director of Team Member Service Centers, Gander Outdoors, Slalom Consulting, Wilsons Leather, Guidant Corporation, and Accenture.

“There’s no better time than NOW to be a woman in technology! This is the time to be bold and reach for opportunities that might seem impossible,” Kosloski said. “Be brave, and listen carefully to the universe – she speaks softly sometimes.”

Kosloski will present “Charting a Course in Times of Challenge,” on female leadership, bravery, success (and failure), and share insight on how to chart a course to success even in challenging circumstances.
