Global Branding Guidelines
Name Usage
To preserve the integrity of the Women in CyberSecurity (WiCyS) brand, please be mindful to spell CyberSecurity in our name with a capital C and capital S. Including the use of the acronym, “WiCyS,” in all printed and digital materials is necessary to set us apart from other women in cybersecurity organizations.
Business Cards
There is an accepted WiCyS business card standard that all affiliates must follow, and the files are in Adobe InDesign format. If you do not have the ability to edit these templates, let us know and we will help you.
In order to create your Affiliate business cards we need the following information for each individual requiring a card:
- First & Last Name
- Affiliate Officer Title
- E-Mail Address
Changes to the business card format (i.e. additional information, QR codes, websites, etc.) must be approved by Lynn Dohm, [email protected]

Note: Seed funding may be used for board member business cards.
Logos
Each affiliate will be provided a set of logos for use on any promotional materials.
Location specific logos can be found in your Affiliate Toolkit.
